Seven days a week, our Kids Club offers a program that stimulates the imagination and focuses on the connection to nature. In addition to crafting and excursions, we have created a special place for free play: our indoor forest playroom. Designed with climbing trees and natural materials, it provides a protected environment where children can explore the elements of the forest even inside the hotel. It is a place of peace, without sensory overload, allowing space for authentic, unadulterated play.

For Teens: Their own head, their own path
Too old for the Kids Club, but too young for boredom? The Vinschgau Valley offers the perfect action backdrop: mountain biking on world-class trails, rafting, or climbing. And when it's time to just "chill," teens will find their retreats in the hotel with fast Wi-Fi. An area to stay among themselves or find new friends – completely informal and without parents.

Our garden is more than just a lawn – it is a huge "living room" under the open sky. We have consciously created many green retreats: whether in a hidden hammock or on a quiet relaxation island. We know from our own experience how valuable shared moments at the table are. As hosts who are parents and grandparents ourselves, we know the needs of families in every situation. For your time as a couple, we have a simple solution: your children can have their meals directly in the Kids Club with their new friends. While the little ones eat under professional supervision, you enjoy your dinner in complete serenity. Everything is prepared so that every generation gets exactly the freedom they need.
Good to know
Professional childcare in the Kids Club is available for children aged 3 and older, 7 days a week. For babies and toddlers under 3, we offer a babysitting service upon request (€25 per hour). Parents are welcome to participate in Kids Club activities together with children under 3. During our main holiday periods, we also offer a teen program with exciting activities such as rafting, climbing, archery, etc.
Our Kids Club is open for you 7 days a week. The exact hours vary depending on the season and the weekly program, but we guarantee professional care from morning until evening after dinner.
Yes! Every evening we offer a supervised dinner at the children's table. The little ones can choose their favorite dishes from a dedicated menu and eat together with friends, while parents enjoy the gourmet dinner in the main restaurant.
Do children stay for free during certain periods? Yes, there are several offers where children up to their 6th birthday, as well as an offer where children up to their 13th birthday, stay for free in their parents' room. More details can be found in our "Offers" section or upon request from our reservations department. These offers are not valid for family suites.
Certainly! In our Family Spa, you will find a baby pool heated to 34°C, a water slide, and a family bio-sauna where swimwear is allowed—perfect for the first shared wellness experiences.
