Here, thoughts can come to rest – accompanied by nothing but silence and the panorama.

A place that belongs only to adults. In the Silence Spa Garden, a special tranquility prevails that deeply relaxes and lets you forget everyday life. Enjoy an oasis of peace: from the panoramic sauna with views of nature to the brine pool, where you can float weightlessly for regeneration. Exclusive lounging areas in the greenery, a gentle bio-sauna, and a herbal steam bath invite you to take a deep breath.

Wellness is also a family affair with us. In the separate Family Spa, we have created an area where children are simply allowed to be children while parents relax alongside them. No one has to be quiet here: from splashing in the 34 °C baby pool with a slide, to the first sauna experience in the textile family bio-sauna, to cozy relaxation zones perfect for reading together.

Our wellness areas are at your disposal daily from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm. During this time, the Silence Spa Garden (Adults Only, 16+) and the Family Spa are accessible to all hotel guests. Please note that for massages and treatments at the LaVita Spa, pre-booking is required – ideally before your arrival to secure your preferred appointment.

The Silence Spa Garden is designed as a nude zone (no-swimwear area) to ensure an authentic and healthy wellness experience. In our relaxation areas and the garden, however, we kindly ask you to use a bathrobe or towel to respect the privacy of all guests.
Certainly! You are most welcome as an external guest with our Day Spa formula. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot in paradise and enjoy full access to pools, saunas, and relaxation areas for the entire day.
