Silence Spa Garden:
A retreat for adults only
In the Silence Spa Garden, you enjoy a special privilege: absolute peace. We have consciously reserved this area exclusively for adults (16 years and older) and designed it architecturally to be completely shielded from the rest of the hotel activities. Here, you are entirely at one with yourself.
The terraces and relaxation zones on two floors open directly onto the adjacent apple orchards. In our saunas, two guided infusions (aufguss) take place daily, and we prepare a nourishing scrub for you once a day. We have created a sanctuary where you can recharge your batteries in a private atmosphere and complete silence.
Panoramic Sauna & Cooling Off
The heart of our sauna world: in the panoramic sauna, sweating becomes an experience. While your gaze wanders over the Vinschgau mountains, our sauna masters provide soothing heat during two daily themed infusions.
For the vitalizing contrast afterwards, dive into the cold plunge pool or breathe deeply of the clear mountain air on the terrace – for that tingling feeling of new energy.
Bio-sauna, Steam & Experience
Those who prefer a gentler heat will find their comfort zone here. Enjoy mild, circulation-friendly temperatures in the bio-sauna or let yourself be enveloped by alpine scents and soothing moisture in the herbal steam bath.
In between, our experience showers provide variety: feel tingling refreshment and invigorating moments through various water jets and light moods.
Brine Pool & Regeneration
Our 33 °C outdoor brine pool is a true blessing. The salty water carries you almost by itself and lets muscles and joints noticeably relax. Around the pool, sunny terraces and hidden spots in the Mediterranean garden invite you to linger.
We love to pamper you with small gestures: help yourself anytime at the spa bar to vitalizing teas and dried fruits.
Alpine Cabin Sauna
A special experience is hidden directly in our garden: the rustic alpine cabin sauna. Here, it smells of natural wood, and the heat feels particularly authentic. It is the ideal place to ground yourself.
Surrounded by trees and meadows, enjoy a break that recalls the tradition of South Tyrolean alpine huts – simple, honest, and incredibly relaxing.
