Islands of Relaxation: Pregnancy and Baby Yoga at Paradies

Part of this includes our yoga sessions for expectant mothers and young families. In a peaceful atmosphere, little islands of relaxation are created – with gentle movements, conscious breathing, and mindful moments that strengthen the bond between parent and child.

My support during your pregnancy During your pregnancy, it’s about more than just movement for me. It’s about consciously taking time for yourself. Time to listen inward, to perceive your body, and to build a connection with your baby. In my classes, we work with gentle exercises, conscious breathing, and a lot of mindfulness. It is important to me that you feel safe – completely regardless of whether you already have yoga experience. You are invited to arrive and develop trust.

Mom & Baby Yoga – Time for the both of you After birth, a lot changes. The baby becomes the center of attention – and at the same time, it is so valuable that you find space for yourself as well. During Mom & Baby Yoga, you can simply just be. Move, breathe, gather strength – your baby is naturally a part of the class. Every session is a little different, just like everyday life with your baby. It is these quiet, genuine moments where connection is created – to your baby and to yourself."

Guided with Heart 

For my training, I had the opportunity to travel to Guatemala in 2022, where I deepened my knowledge of mom and baby yoga as well as pregnancy yoga at the "Awakened Spirit Doula Training". The "Yoga Forest", located high above Lake Atitlán, provided a very special setting for this. There, I was not only able to gather valuable professional inspiration, but also gain insights into traditional practices and holistic approaches to pregnancy, birth, and the first period with the baby. For me, yoga means getting to know oneself better, staying mindful, and repeatedly gifting oneself little moments of peace – especially during special phases of life.
