Amidst the sun-drenched slopes above Kortsch, Georg Pirhofer has made his dream a reality. In this special place, characterful wines are being created under the name "Himmel und Erde" (Heaven and Earth), capturing the unique freshness and minerality of the Vinschgau Valley. The name symbolizes the interplay between nature and craftsmanship.

But we are taking another step back to our roots: From now on, you can enjoy our homemade, naturally cloudy apple juice. The apples come from the trees directly in front of the hotel. Fruit that was previously considered too small for the table is now gently pressed and refined. A sustainable cycle and a taste experience that reflects the authentic, unadulterated flavors of our region.
