Melanie is often the first voice our guests hear. She has been part of the Paradies team since 2019 and loves the responsibility of sparking anticipation from the very first contact. "The first impression is key to gaining trust," she explains. It’s not just about booking rooms, but fulfilling wishes – and sometimes even organizing small adventures.
She has fond memories of one of her first assignments: planning a complete day trip for a family. "I was probably more nervous than the guests themselves," she laughs today. Her personal tip for those visiting Paradies for the first time? “Don't overplan your stay. There is much to discover, but conscious breaks are just as important to truly arrive and let go.”
