Barbecue under the Stars
When an exciting day of vacation slowly comes to an end, the sun bathes the peaks in warm gold, and the air smells of summer, herbs, and glowing embers, a very special evening begins here. Look forward to our weekly highlight on the terrace.
Whether juicy grilled beef, tenderly marinated chicken skewers, fresh fish, or creative vegetarian variations: there is something for every taste. Enjoy dining under the open sky, with a glass of South Tyrolean wine and a view of the Vinschgau mountains in the evening light. An evening that celebrates summer with all the senses.
From our traditional wood-fired oven, we served, for example, a delicious potato and mushroom Gröstl this year. The selection is generous, the quality uncompromisingly high, and best of all: you can enjoy your meal under the open sky, with a view of the surrounding apple orchards and the Vinschgau mountains glowing in the evening light.
A glass of South Tyrolean wine or beer, the gentle clinking of glasses, relaxed music in the background – it is this special summer atmosphere that makes our barbecue evening one of the favourite moments for many guests.
Grilling in paradise means much more than simply enjoying a meal – it means celebrating summer with all your senses: outdoors, together, and with pure enjoyment.
